What the hell do you even sell?
We make kickass golf gear—hats, tees, hoodies, q-zips, and more. If you’re looking for something that stands out and screams “I’m not like the other golfers,” you’ve come to the right place. Oh, and bundles are a steal, so grab ‘em if you want to save some cash. Got your new swag? Send us a pic via email or post it on social—show off what you love, and we’ll love you back.

How do I know this stuff will fit?
We’ve got sizing charts on every product page to make sure you don’t end up looking like a clown. If you still need help, shoot us an email at support@lovehategolfclub.com.

Our tees, hoodies, and q-zips tend to fall a little more on the snug fit side vs loose and baggy (but don’t blame us if you like it tight or loose, we’re not mind readers). And hey, if it’s wrong, you can exchange it. We got your back.

Can I see more pics of the gear before I buy it?
Hell yeah. Just shoot us an email at support@lovehategolfclub.com and we can share some actual photos. You’ll see how our gear fits the real deal—actual club members, not just some stock photos. 


ORDERING

How do I place an order?

  1. Pick out what you want (we’ll try not to judge your choices).
  2. Click the cart icon up top.
  3. Hit Checkout when you’re ready to give us your cash.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Whoa, slow down there. It’s possible some orders can be canceled before being processed and shipped by our warehouse. However, certain orders cannot be canceled after payment. If you need to tweak something, email us at support@lovehategolfclub.com within 24 hours and we’ll see what we can do.

What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and gift cards. But don’t even try to pay with EBT or food stamps, because that ain’t happening.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What’s the deal with shipping? 
Depends on where you are, but here’s the lowdown:

  • Standard shipping (USPS, 5-8 business days) $7.99 on most shipping orders.
    $8.99 to ship some larger packages.
  • Express shipping (USPS, 1-3 business days) Prices start at $31.99
    Rates calculated based at checkout based on order’s weight and dimensions.
  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $70 (USPS Standard shipping)

Do you ship internationally?
Nah, we don’t ship outside the US right now. Sorry, the rest of the world will have to wait.

Can I track my order?
Of course. You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. That way, you can stalk your package all the way to your doorstep.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What’s the return policy?
If your stuff arrives busted, don’t sweat it – we’ll hook you up with a full refund or replacement. But don’t just tell us it’s damaged—show us! Snap a pic or shoot a video and send it over so we can make sure we’re not getting pranked before we send you a refund or a fresh new item. If the stuff’s unworn and undamaged, we’ll take it back within 30 days. 

How do I return something?
First off, if we messed up your order, we’re sorry…our bad if we did. Check if you’ve worn, washed, or destroyed it. If it’s all good, follow these steps for domestic orders:

  1. If you don’t like the fit, tell us what happened within 30 days of getting your stuff.
  2. Send us a pic (or video) of the issue.
  3. Print your return label (we’ll email it to you).
  4. Ship it back to us (remember, hats must be sent back in a box).
  5. We’ll sort it out with either a refund, store credit, or a replacement. Simple.


Need to exchange or deal with a damaged product? Here are all the deets: 

For wrong items:

  1. Tell us what happened within 30 days of getting your stuff.
  2. Send us a pic of the mess-up.
  3. We’ll sort it out with either a refund, store credit, or a replacement.

For damaged items:

  1. Same steps as above, but with a damaged item.
  2. Send us a pic of the damage.
  3. We’ll do the right thing—refund, store credit, or replace it.

And don’t forget: HATS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL BOX.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Exchanges are fine for a different size or color, as long as it’s within 30 days and you haven’t wrecked the product. 

We won’t ship your exchange until we’ve got the original item(s) back in our hands and we’ve checked that they’re still in one piece—unused, unworn, unwashed, and just as pristine as when you first got ’em. 

What you see is what you get so it depends on what’s currently available. If we’re out of your size, check back later.

Do I need to make an account to order?
Yep. It’s easier for us to stalk you, I mean keep track of your order. Plus, we need an email to send you updates, tracking info, and bad jokes.

How do I reset my password? Forgot your password?

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

How do I use a promo code?
Type or paste the promo code in the “Discount Code” box at checkout. If it doesn’t work, hit us up and we’ll fix it.

Can I stack discounts?
Sometimes we let you stack discounts. Join our email club and you’ll get 15% off your first order and maybe more deals later. Score!
