Our Return Policy (Yeah, We Got One)

So you bought something, and now you’re like, “What the hell did I just do?” Don’t sweat it, we’ve got your back. Whether the product’s a dud or you just had a moment of questionable impulse buying, we’ll take care of it. Here's the deal:

You’ve got 30 days from the moment you hit "buy" to make it right. If the product’s busted, we’ll give you a full refund to your original payment method—or a full store credit, if that’s more your jam.

If the fit’s wrong and you need a different size, we will absolutely swap it out. If you just hate what you bought and want your money back, you can get a full store credit or a full refund applied to your original method of payment. Your call.


Exceptions? Yeah, We Got a Few

  • Discounted or sale items – Don’t even think about returning them. They’re yours for life.

  • Tags and packaging – If you didn’t care enough to keep the tags on, too bad. We need that stuff to take it back.

  • No wear and tear – Don’t send us a dirty, worn-out mess. Any products with animal hair, excessive wrinkling, smell of deodorant, smoke, cologne, sweat, etc. will not be eligible for a return.

How to Start the Return Game

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email and tell us what you’re returning and why. Be honest—we’re not judging.

  2. Be sure to include photos or video proof showing the reason the item is being returned. 

  3. After we receive your request and images, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. 

  4. Print it out and stick it on the package and ship the stuff back to us with the label. Easy, right?

  5. Once we get your return and give it the once-over, we’ll shoot you an email letting you know we’ve got it. We’ll also let you know if your refund’s a go or if we’re rejecting it.

  6. Need a different size? No problem! We will ship your exchange after we’ve got the original item(s) back in our hands and we’ve checked that they’re still in one piece—unused, unworn, unwashed, and just as pristine as when you first got ’em. Boom! Done!


Extra Info (For Those Who Like Details)

Refunds/Store Credit: If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. It could take about 5 days to process. If you're getting a replacement, allow 3-4 weeks.

Late or missing refunds: Still haven’t seen your refund? First, check your bank account again—maybe it’s hiding in there. Then, give your credit card company a call, because it could take a minute before the cash actually shows up. After that, hit up your bank—they love to make things take forever. If you’ve done all that and you’re still out of luck, then drop us a line at support@lovehategolfclub.com.

Shipping Fees:

  • Standard shipping: Rates start at $5.69. Our most affordable option for all orders shipped within the domestic United States. Rates shown at checkout are calculated based on each customer’s address and the order’s weight and dimensions.

  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100

Lost or Damaged Returns: If your return goes MIA or gets wrecked, we’ll use the tracking info and pictures to figure out if you’re still getting your refund/store credit. No guarantees if you don’t play by the rules.
